Amtrak Information

Our company, Commuter Services, is contracted with Amtrak to provide your transportation to the following locations: Las Vegas, NV and Laughlin, NV
*Note: All reservations regarding train or shuttle services should be made through Amtrak. DO NOT CONTACT COMMUTER SERVICES FOR THIS INFORMATION. WE CANNOT ISSUE ANY TRAIN TICKETS OR REFUNDS.

You will need a separate ticket for your transportation to these locations or you can pay by cash to our driver if for some reason you do not have a ticket. To obtain these tickets, contact Amtrak at 1-800-USA-RAIL. We provide service 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays. *Note - tickets that have incorrect destinations or departure cities such as "Los Angeles" are not valid. Confirmation numbers are also not valid for transportation. The correct tickets will list Kingman, AZ to Las Vegas, NV or Laughlin, NV, with the same listing for your return. *Note: TRAIN TICKETS DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR SHUTTLE FARES! You should have a separate ticket for your trip to and from the train station.

Destination Las Vegas: Our vans stop at the Las Vegas Airport Departure Level. (This is the only authorized location that our drivers are permitted to unload passengers.) On arrival at the airport, transportation to other locations (hotels, casinos, etc.) is available, including Taxis, Shuttle Vans and Airport Hotel Shuttle phones (Note: some hotels provide free pickup service.)

Return Trips to Amtrak Station, Kingman, AZ: Our vans only pick up at one location, the Las Vegas McCarran Airport at Level-Zero (Level "0" is located one level below baggage claim at the Main Terminal.) Look for a van or bus in the parking lot with the Commuter Services name and logo on the side. Passengers need to arrive by 9:30 PM as the van will depart no later than 10:00 PM Nevada Time. *Note: Most hotels have shuttle services available for your return to the airport.

Laughlin: Passengers departing Laughlin should be at the main entrance (Valet Area) at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino. Passengers should be at this location by 11:45 PM as the van will depart by 12:15 AM Nevada Time.

Baggage Restrictions and Responsibility: Carry-on - 2 pieces (28"x22"x 14" or 50 lbs.) Checked - 3 Pieces, each less than 50 lbs. All luggage must be tagged with your Name and Address. Sports equipment must be properly packed. By Law, Passengers must provide child seats for all children less than 6 years of age or 40 lbs in weight.
