Smoking is not permitted in or near the vehicle
Please keep your seat belt fastened at all times
Food or drink (except water) is not allowed in the vehicle
Please check for any personal items before exiting the vehicle.
** NOTE: ALL RESERVATIONS REGARDING the TRAIN ( AMTRAK ) and THRUWAY SHUTTLE (AMTRAK) SERVICES SHOULD BE MADE THROUGH AMTRAK. COMMUTER SERVICES DOES NOT ISSUE TICKETS FOR THE TRAIN. **
When traveling with Amtrak Thruway Services (Commuter Services, LLC) You need to have the following:
To obtain these tickets, you will need to contact Amtrak at 1-800-USA-RAIL
(1-800-872-7245) ask for the following thruway services above. We provide service 7 days a week. Including all holidays.
** NOTE : AMTRAK PASSENGERS
You will need to have one of the following documents for the driver to confirm that you have paid for the shuttle through Amtrak.
A printed E-ticket that has 8003 or 8004 for the Thruway shuttle with Commuter Services, or an email showing the e-ticket for 8003 or 8004.
If you have not received an e-ticket document or email from Amtrak, you must show
your reservation number to the driver in order for him to call Amtrak to confirm you have paid for the Thruway service with Commuter Services.
If you do not have an e-ticket for the Thruway shuttle service through Amtrak,
we would like for any non-ticketed Amtrak passenger contact our office at
(928-680-7433) during business hours to inform us that you are traveling with our
Thruway service to guarantee you a seat on the shuttle.
Office hours are: Monday to Sunday 8 am to 6 pm
ARRIVING INTO LAS VEGAS:
The shuttle will drop off all Amtrak passengers at the Las Vegas McCarran Airport in Terminal One. This is the only drop off location that our drivers are permitted to unload passengers. On arrival at the airport, transportation to other locations (hotels, casinos, etc.) are available including taxis, local shuttles, and buses. (MOST HOTELS WILL PROVIDE FREE PICK UP FOR THEIR GUEST.)
ARRIVING INTO LAUGHLIN, NV:
Amtrak passengers are dropped off at the Tropicana Hotel and Casino on Casino Dr.
DEPARTING LAS VEGAS MCCARRAN AIRPORT:
Amtrak passengers are picked up in Terminal One, Zero Level, Hotel Courtesy Shuttle Area. Passengers must arrive at this pick up location no later than 9:00 pm. (which is located one level below the baggage claim on Level One) On the baggage claim level, near Starbucks, you will look for a sign "Zero Level" next to an escalator, take the escalator down to Zero Level, go through the double doors to the outside of the airport. You will see a crosswalk ahead of you. Walk to the end of the crosswalk and you will see signs "Hotel Courtesy Shuttle". There you will look for a van and trailer that has "Commuter Services" on them. The shuttle departs from this location at 9:30 pm.
DEPARTING LAUGHLIN, NV:
All Amtrak passengers departing Laughlin should be at the Valet Service Area at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino no later than 11:15 pm. The shuttle will
depart at 12:00 am.
